Return Policy – ​​Pridance

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of delivery of the item or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately, within 14 days of delivery of the last item.
During this period you can return the product without giving any reason.

2. To whom it applies

The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers (natural persons acting for non-professional purposes). Professional buyers or purchases for business purposes do not fall under this protection.

3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, send an explicit communication of your intention to withdraw (e.g. email or form available on the website) within the deadline .

4. Returning items

If Pridance does not offer home collection, you are required to return the items intact, complete with tags , in the original packaging, and unused except to verify their condition and functioning.

5. Costs borne by the user

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Pridance.

6. Refund

You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal or receipt of the goods (or proof of shipment), whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, the supplement will not be refunded.

7. Decrease in value of products

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its condition, you may be charged for a diminished value.

8. Exceptions to withdrawal

For custom-made or personalized products, items with a short shelf life, or products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, cosmetics), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

9. Mandatory information

If Pridance does not provide clear and complete information on the right of withdrawal, the deadline for exercising it extends up to 12 months + 14 days from delivery.
